This workout is KICKING MY ASS.
Gonna finish it up, take a shower, make my calendar for April and then hit the hay (:
- 8.5 oz Muscle Milk
- 8.5 oz Coconut Water
- 1/4 cup salt & lime cashews
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- Special K Fruit Crisps
- Grilled chicken sanwich + BBQ
- Carrots + ranch
- Agave lemonade Sobe LifeWater
- 2 Waterbottles
I’d call day one of being healthy a success! Let’s see how long I can keep it up though…

Who the hell is banging on my door for like five minutes straight at 2:30am? Ughhh if I don’t answer after the first bazillion knocks, what makes you think a trillion more is gonna change that?! Unless said person is trying to wake me up so I don’t die in a fire, then thank you. I wish I knew who it was though, just out of curiosity, especially since I don’t really have many friends up here.
Going back to sleep now.
Good thing I start getting in swimsuit shape tomorrow!
